Around 2 days ago I made an order and choose a seller which has 4,7 star rating. The price for the product was around €40 but when he delivered the product he only gave me some random presentation in powerpoint and when I asked him what is this and this isn't what I have ordered he stopped replying, I requested order cancelation multiple times but he just declines it in just a few minutes. I don't know what to do anymore, I tried contacting support and they just tell me that I should resolve my issue with resolution center but the seller doesn't want to cooperate.. Now the order will be finished and I got scammed for my €40.. Has anyone had experience like this before, I will avoid FIverr from now on for sure!

Level 1 seller here, sorry that you had to go through this. My answer would have been contact CS but since you've already done that & they did not help so I got nothing sadly.

Just drop a mail to support that delivery is NOT in alignment with your requirement and seller has stopped communicating with you.

Ask them to cancel your order. 

Alternatively - You can also "request revisions" on the order page and ask the seller to provide you, what you had ordered.

Hi there!

I am sorry to hear this happened to you. 

It sounds like this may be a case of a false delivery. As your colleague @priyank_mod mentioned, you can open up a ticket with CS, letting them know your attempt in the resolution center was unsuccessful.
