I have published all my gigs some days (1-2 months) ago but my gig is not getting rank. I have optimized everything including title, description, image of gig about 7-8 times but still my gig is not getting rank. what is the reason?

Hi everyone,

I'm a new seller on Fiverr, and I'm facing some challenges with my gigs. Despite putting in a lot of effort to create attractive and well-described gigs, I'm not getting many impressions or clicks. I've made sure to:

  • Create eye-catching gig thumbnails and detailed descriptions.
  • Stay online as much as possible to increase visibility.
  • Respond promptly to all messages, even though most of them seem to be scams.

Here's what I've done so far:

  1. Optimized My Gigs: I used relevant keywords and detailed descriptions.
  2. Active Presence: I try to be online frequently to catch potential buyers.
  3. Responsive: I reply quickly to messages, although many have been spam.

Despite all this, my gigs are still not getting the visibility I hoped for. Could anyone share some insights or tips on what else I can do to improve my gig impressions and attract genuine buyers? Is there something specific I might be missing?

Thanks in advance for your help!

According to experienced sellers, try to target low competition keywords

What to do in the case that less competitive keywords will get fewer buyers and less impressions

That's only half-accurate. 'Supply' is only half the basic equation: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supply_and_demand

"Marketing" as a category isn't just competitive, it's hyper-competitive.

In addition, there's also skill. There's no point offering something that has lower competition if a Seller cannot fulfil a Buyer's order. For example, just because I can sew a straight stitch and make a quilt, doesn't necessarily mean I can make a garment to the same level of quality. Sure, I can learn and get good with practice, but Fiverr isn't a good place to 'learn on the job'.

Buyers can choose from 65K+ similar services. Why should they choose your gig? Most sellers choose buyers who have a proven track record on Fiverr. This way, they avoid wasting their hard-earned money by choosing a gig from someone who has no experience.
