Effects of Spam Messages on Our Analytics

Hello everyone,

  I am a designer who recently became a father, to be able to stay present with my wife and assist her, I have started working online with the firms I had contact with. Now I want to start building a fiverr account during this process. I get spam messages all the time, trying to recieve my e-mail or make me contact with them in other platforms etc. things that you probably hear most of the time here. I just want to know how these accounts effect my gig analytics. I always check my click counts to make experiments and find the best combination for my niche, but if those accounts are effecting the view/click rates, the data I am looking at cannot be trusted. So does anybody know if spam accounts effect our clicks rate/numbers that are shown in the analytics section.
