Fiverr never reaches out to you to enter your banking details for your account verification/this kind of paid service, its a scam and you are the victim now.

Like was said it's a scam.

Report the message to Fiverr/Fiverr customer support and contact your bank and tell them what's happened - you could try and stop/cancel the payment and get your bank to check the transactions/future ones and maybe get a new card.
