How Can My Client Leave a Tip After Approving the Order?

Hi everyone,

I recently completed a project for a client who was very satisfied with the work. They approved the delivery and mentioned that everything looks great. However, they accidentally hit the wrong button for the tip and are now asking how they can leave a tip.

Any advice on how they can do this after the order has been marked as complete?

Hi @designkralo, it's best to contact the Customer Support team. Maybe you could create a custom offer in the amount of the tip, but first arrange everything with the buyer and the CS team, so that they'd know what's it all about. However, they might have a better suggestion, so start with contacting the team for sure. Hope this helps and good luck 🍀
