Ask the Community

I'm new to the fiverr so might don't know some nuances, sorry for that!
 
Yesterday I submited my first Gig, and today received first order (not sure about it). The customer name is completely blank and the required details to the Gig seems to be not filled. I also couldn't find the order in any place other than going by link that I received from the woryber (I think it is a support service from fiverr).
 I checked the link, but I'm still worried about this order being a scam.
 If it's not scam, will there be a way to contact the customer? The service I'm offering is based on custom illustrations, so this is important part without which I will not be able to complete order.
