HELP I LOST MY PHONE THATS CONNECTED ON MY FIVERR, HOW TO CHANGE IT?

So im a new seller on fiverr, and just recently i got a buyer and earned some money. Sadly, i didnt know that there would be a verification using the number thats ben connected to our fiverr, and moreover ive lost the number since the end of last year and forgot the number.

ive tried to contact fiverr support since 2 days ago, but there is still no response. what should i do?

You already contacted us and that is all you should have done. Now just please be patient and wait for our Customer Support to reach out to you. There is no need to open additional tickets as ticket #11831997 is open and is being handled by our CS.

I have been having the same problem and have asked for support but they have stopped responding to me. the options box to edit phone number does not stay up long enough to fill in the old and new number so now I am at a loss as to what to do. I have not used my old phone number in 7 years and someone else now has it. Can anyone help me please?
