I made a withdrawal transaction on the 3rd of this month, but it has been processing and yet to be marked successful since then, can someone please tell me the best way to get it resolved?

Although I have contacted the customer support team twice already, I am still having a withdrawal in process yet to be successful, I will be looking forward to the

positive feedback from the Customer Support team soon. I will be glad if it can be resolved soon so that I can have my mind on other things.
