Gig price restrictions

I am trying to start a Data Entry gig but it says that the package pricing needs to be $20 -$10000. And for basic I can't change the hours of work. But I have seen other freelancers list packages for $5 and 2 hours of work in basic in Data Entry category. How do I list mine for $5?
