Just want to check if this is a scam or real before I report

I got a message from someone claiming to be a customer and saying they were in the middle of an order but at the payment bit it has asked for my email. I am assuming this is a scam but I have never seen one like this so just want to check. This is the photo, I have blurred out the card number and the other two bits they blurred out.

Yes it's a scam. It's been posted on the forum before too.

Fiverr doesn't allow sellers to give their email address to buyers in the inbox.

Fiverr doesn't ask buyer to ask sellers for their email address.

It's a fake, made-up screen by the scammer to get your info.

Don't do what they ask.
