Why is my success score not moving up?

Hi there,

    I've been a seller of Fiverr for about 8 months.  I have completed 21 orders receiving a solid 5 star across the board including seller communication, quality and delivery value, yes my success score is still on 4...  I'd like to move on to Level 1 and be able to promote my gig.

Any advice or thoughts?  I've also contacted Fiverr and waiting to hear back.

The success score is low- probably because of a bad private review.

please follow this link to understand better how success score works. there are a lot of factors like client satisfaction, effective communication, Conflict-free orders etc, these may vary your success score.
