After my account was restricted and flagged (for some reason I still don't know!), Fiverr informed me that my account is active now and the flagged status removed.
They asked me to wait up to 48 hours for the system to reflect the changes.

It's now been 4 days (+100 hours) since I received this message but I still can't withdraw my funds.

I contacted CS 2 days ago. They replied:
"I have forwarded your inquiry to the relevant team for further review. As soon as I receive an update I will let you know by following up on this ticket."

I never received an update. And worse than that, the ticket is now marked "solved"🤔

What should I do?

Can't you leave another message on that ticket asking for an update?

When I click on "You can create a follow-up" I'm invited to create a new ticket.

Hi @carineb, no need to open a new ticket since they've been all merged into #11762630, that one is with "Open" status and the team will get back to you shortly. I'll remind them that you're still waiting for their response, but rest assured they're on it. Thanks for your patience ☺️

Hello,
Thank you for your cooperation. I was given a deadline of 2 days. It's been 5 days... and it's not working.

However, the promoted gigs were reactivated immediately and clicks are being counted and I'll have to pay for them (I deactivated them manually when I saw this!).

So, half the system is working... Unfortunately, not the half that's crucial, because if I can't withdraw my funds, I won't accept any orders!

I thought everything was back to normal when I received the message from CS, but I still can't withdraw my funds. Don't ask me to delete the cache. I did it 5 minutes ago.

Hello.
I have had the similar problem for several days. 

I always withdrew funds to my Payoneer account, but recently the Payoneer button became inactive, I want to say that my account was not blocked.  I wrote to the CS but the problem has not been resolved yet. I also tried making a withdrawal from different devices and with different internet connections, cleared the cache and cookies, removed the Payoneer account from Fiverr and added it again, and changed the Fiverr password, but nothing has helped so far.
Please, maybe someone has a solution to this issue? Or some useful information or advices? 
I would be glad and grateful for any answer.

Well it's obvious you have to go to customer support. They will check why the issue happened and if everything is fine, they should restore things. Unless there was some kind of payment abuse or problems in that vein.

Thank you for the advice, of course I immediately wrote to the support group, followed their instructions such as clearing the cache, changing the browser, trying a different internet connection, a different device, also disconnected the Payoneer account from Fiverr and added it again. Unfortunately, nothing has helped so far and I am waiting for further instructions from the support group.
I am trying to find any useful information on this forum.
