Hi everyone,

This is Saveeta. I recently created an account on Fiverr, but when I tried to verify my phone number, I accidentally entered an invalid code, which resulted in my account being temporarily disabled. Since then, I have verified my number and followed all the instructions provided in the support chat. However, I have not received any responses to my inquiries for over three days now, even after number verification.

Is this a normal response time for account verification issues? Any information or advice you can provide would help me stay relaxed while waiting for a response.

Hi @codebysaveeta, sorry to read this was the case with your account. The team will get back to you shortly, any newly created ticket will be closed and merged into #11783031, so please wait patiently to hear back from them. Rest assured they'll help out with this, there's just been a high volume of tickets recently so it's taking them a bit longer to respond. Hope this helps and good luck 🍀
