i am new to fiverr and have customer related query

i got many messages from customers but the thing is they are asking me to message them on telegram for work so should i do it or tell them to give me work or communicate on fiverr only

It is better not to go to telegram because most of them are frauds in telegram it is better to take orders on fiber it is a trusted place

Hi @hitanshi_r, welcome to Fiverr! I recommend reading our Terms of Service, you'll find that any communication outside Fiverr is a violation, so you should avoid that to keep your account active. Also, when following any external links, there's no option to keep you safe, so you shouldn't be scanning any QR codes, entering your email address for "verification process", etc. ... as they're all scams. Make sure to check out the Two-Factor Authentication and think about using it as an extra security step. so the query is how should i recieve payment as i am from india we have digital payment sites as paytm phonepay etc but the clients are from around the world so should i have paypal

Buyers pay through Fiverr. You withdraw from Fiverr. You can find the Payment Terms and Conditions (including withdrawal options) here:
