Unable to verify my phone number when adding a payout method

it says to send a verifcation code, but the code never reaches me due to which im unable to add a payout method when adding my Payoneer account as thats the only option in my region. 

Kindly give me a suggestion that works.

Maybe check with any local freelancer or Fiverr groups in your region to see if it's a common problem? You can add the payout method at any point once you're ready to make a withdrawal. It's possible that the system is not letting you go ahead with it because you haven't done any work on Fiverr.

I've heard people saying Payoneer is getting more and more restrictive when it comes to making new accounts. As mentioned previously, it's best to check with your local freelance community for more insights on this.
