Withdrawal option disabled due to some issues with buyer

i delivered the work did the revisions and everything and now suddenly my payout method is blocked and the client has an issue about a order which was completed 1 month ago and i have to do free work and even then i'm not sure what will happen what should i do

Anway... we might be able to offer some suggestions if you can share more context about the situation. You only offer 3 revisions yes? How many revisions have you done so far?

i have contacted them but they haven't replied  how long will it take for them to reply and the buyer was hard to work with from the start i don't want to lose the money so will it be better to do free work or hope fiverr sides with me

You can contact Fiverr support; they can solve your problem with your issue.
