Account Flagged for Severe Violation - Seeking Clarification and Assistance



Hello Fiverr Community,

I hope everyone is doing well. I’m reaching out because I’ve encountered an issue with my Fiverr account (username: mahid_azad_). Recently, I received a notice stating that my account has been flagged for a severe violation of Fiverr policies. Consequently, I am no longer able to participate in the level system.

I am genuinely unaware of any actions on my part that would warrant such a severe penalty. I always strive to adhere to Fiverr's policies and maintain a high standard of service for my clients.

I am seeking advice and guidance from the community on the following:

  1. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?
  2. Are there any specific actions I can take to understand the exact reason behind this flag?
  3. Is there a formal appeal process or a way to get in touch with Fiverr support for a detailed explanation and possible resolution?
