Am I allowed to create a gig on regular expression?

Hello, I just finished creating a gig that was flagged for violating the community rules.

I want to write regex for $5.

Is there something I am missing?

You can try looking at the gigs tab and the "deny" reasons. In case that shows more info.

If you still don't know the full reason you could contact customer support at the help desk and ask them the full reason for it being denied:

There's about 50 active gigs returned for "regex", so it's not that many but some are buy Top Rated Sellers who get manually approved by Fiverr.

Maybe it's a mistake by Fiverr, or maybe it was something else in the gig. Did you check the community standards (link below)?:

I assume it was called "I will write regex for $5" as all gigs (except studio ones) start with "I will".

Maybe it was something in your gig description if you said it was for academic work or something like that.
