No. You're not a allowed to give your email to buyers in the Fiverr inbox.

If they're showing a screenshot that says their Fiverr web page is asking for it (or saying that their Fiverr page requires it) then it's a scammer. If they are then report the message and don't do what they ask.

Some buyer might occasionally ask for email (eg. to be sent stuff to it) without knowing Fiverr rules, in which case you could say that you aren't allowed to give it out and that all contact has to be on Fiverr according to Fiverr rules.

I think the reason i'm on here, to start an etsy, its going to be obvious i have no idea how computers/tech work, ,for example, how to send artwork. i tried notes, i tried attaching albums, which doesn't work very well, i tried everything so asking if we could share a google drive file to work toether is what i did when i ws designing my first website, as well as going to university during the pandemic! i didn't know that was against the rules, so i just asked innocently enough. im just trying to start step one, choosing sellable images

i have too many, that's a given so there are folders to hold them all, and i went through my enitire album one by one. so i'm just eager to send them. i think i should be forgiven for that

as soon as i realized i'd asked for an email i checked and it said no so i wrote the seller and said oh, sorry, i just read the rule.

anyway not sure what this is supposed to mean, do i still have help with etsy? i'm an artist, not a computer lady.
