What is "Repeat Buyers"?

I just saw a new feature called “Repeat Buyers” within the conversations page. It is on the top right corner in the inbox. Can anyone tell me what this is about?

This link doesnt open saying the content is private or removed. I have the same question I just sold one order to a person and they have become my repeat buyer, How is that possible.
