scam alart! fiverr please take and not this issues

A user sent me a file, so I didn't understand he sent me a picture it says I paid on fiverr so scan it and you will get the order
So please I need your help thanks

Please do not scan/click anything and most of all please do not leave any payment information or details. I kindly ask you to report this user to our Customer Support so that we can take the necessary steps. Please send an email to support@fiverr.com with all the screenshots explaining to them what happened.
