How to finish the verification?

Hello, I created my profile as a seller on last Saturday, that day I received a message (the photo sent) and today I am trying to open the QR and it says that it is not available. I can not answer my messages because of this. Can somebody tell me what I have to do? Thank you

It's a scam. verification link you got by your own account & if you want you can send a link to your phone number.
