I'm in a difficult situation. My computer was affected by ransomware, and as a result, I lost access to my Fiverr account. Scammer changed the password and sent more than 50 messages to fiverr sellers with a spam image. Some seller noticed and might have reported my account. Fiverr disabled my account due to suspicious activities. I've contacted Fiverr support and provided all the evidence to prove my innocence. They opened a request (#11758622) for me, but it's about to 72 hours, and I haven't received a response yet. Initially, my account was disabled, and now it's flagged. Please, respond to my request, which I created on Sunday at 01:43.
