Regarding Fiverr TOS

Hello Everyone, 

I  need to visit the buyer's website to understand their business and gather ideas from it. Then, I will create all design materials and concepts based on the information obtained from the website. Is it against Fiverr's Terms of Service to ask the buyer for their website? I aim to maintain a long-term presence as a seller on Fiverr.

Hi Aslam,

 

No, it should be fine as long as you don't ask them for their email/phone number. As long as all your communication is through Fiverr then you should be fine. The ToS does clarify this so I do recommend giving it a proper read yourself as well.
