Success Score Dropped

Hello! Since the new update I have maintained a success score of 8, but recently it dropped to 6 all of a sudden.

I suspect it is because I deleted a spam ("support") messages in my inbox from someone trying to scam me, and the system must have thought that I didn't reply to a client deliberately.

What can I do about this?

You can talk to your friends those who are successful on fiverr and tell them how they have increased their success score.
