Yes it's a scam. They don't send messages to the inbox asking you to verify. There is no "Fiverr bot" that messages people in the inbox (if you look at the account it will say the username of it and it will probably only have joined this month).

The links will take you off Fiverr - don't click them.

You can report the message by clicking on the 3 dots that you see on the top right of the message when you put your mouse over it. There will be a report/block option shown then.

You dashboard page shows if you have any orders.
