Gig problem

As a new seller you can create 4 gigs, I've created 3 gigs but can't create the 4th one it takes me back to the same page and shows "You can create a maximum of 4 gigs", Why is this happening?

Any gig in Paused/Drafts/Denied mode? If not, then contact Fiverr Support.
