Can buyer change his review?

Buyer left 4.7 reviews. I wrote why?
He said he left 4.7 by mistake and wanted to leave 5 stars. Can I ask him to contact support or give him a hint somehow? He clearly wrote that he wanted to leave a 5 star review. But I don't want it all to look like manipulation for the sake of getting 5 star reviews. I hope to get a response from someone who has dealt with this and has experience! I don't want any problems with the account!

Last month, we updated the review system so that the review would remain editable by the buyer for a limited time frame after the buyer submits their review. You can remind them of this without pressuring or manipulating.
