Greetings,

My gigs are disappear on seller mode after some scammer activities on Fiverr inbox in 10-12 hours ago I found a lot of scammer message but Fiverr block it.

Note: I don't reply to any client.

But my 9 gigs are disappear that was I created 4-5 years ago.

What can I do. Thanksย

By any chance, were you demoted to Level 0? Since you had 14 gigs in total, there are chances that 9 gigs disappeared after being demoted to Level 0 (as you can only have 4 active gigs at a time).

Of course, this is only if that was the case -- otherwise, it might have been hacked as Ana_tomy mentioned above.

Approximately 48 hours ago, some scam messages were found in my inbox, and as a result, my account was temporarily disabled. Additionally, my gigs disappeared, and the withdrawal option was disabled because someone hacked my account.

Here are the key details:

  • Many unauthorized messages were sent to clients/users from my account.
  • I did not reply to any of these messages.
  • Fiverr restricted my account due to this incident.
  • The last order I completed was 2-3 months ago, and I now wish to withdraw my earnings.
  • Despite changing my password on 20/06/2024 and reporting the issue, the withdrawal option is still not available. I received a response stating that the request was solved, but the problem persists.

This situation is causing significant inconvenience and stress, and I urgently need your assistance to resolve it. Please guide me on the next steps to restore full functionality to my account, including enabling the withdrawal option.

I am writing to follow up on a request I submitted nine days ago regarding my disabled account and withdrawal issues. I have not received any response yet, and I am concerned that my account may be permanently closed within 50 days.

Some scam messages were found in my inbox, leading to my account being temporarily disabled. As a result, my gigs disappeared, and the withdrawal option was disabled because someone hacked my account.

Here are the key details:
