Why Fiverr show 1-2 star review? even i have 500+ positive review on gig.

Hi There,

Recently I saw a problem where a buyer didn't purchase a gig just because Fiverr showed only negative reviews for the gig. I have hundreds of positive 5-star reviews and only 2 negative reviews a while ago (Because all clients are not the same even if that client is a repeat customer).

Because those reviews were:
1. Long

2. Recent

Bydefault reviews are sorted by "Most relevant"

Relevancy is calculated based on endorsement force level (no. of words) and how new are they.

 

Look how long were they!

Now to replace those reviews, you need to add positive reviews with same or higher quality. Honestly this looks hard.
