Not able to push "continue" on Personal Info page

I'm setting up my Sellers page on my Apple computer and when I push "Continue" at the bottom of the Personal Info page, nothing happens. @fiverrsuppport I've tried it on Safari and on google Chrome and it just sits there on the same page.
