Ask the Community

Hello! As you can see, I'm a new user to Fiverr. I want to create a gig offering my services as a hypnotist. There are already several active gigs related to hypnosis and hypnotherapy, among other hypnosis-related services, and there are two pre-approved tags related to hypnosis, so I assume hypnosis as a whole is not prohibited. However, in my two attempts so far, it was automatically denied. I assume this is because some AI filter picks up that I am "offering a medical service". To be clear, hypnosis is not medicine or therapy, and is not a replacement for those either, nor is it regulated as that in any jurisdiction (or regulated at all, for that matter!). Nowhere in my attempted gigs' descriptions do I present it as an alternative to any actual treatments or even imply I'm going to perform such services (such as helping someone quit smoking, which could be construed as an alternative to rehab, perhaps). So I'm not sure why I'm being denied. 

I tried Fiverr's support, but as you might expect, I got a canned automated vague reply about how "I can read the community guidelines to see why I was denied". I'm not sure if it's worth continuing to try that channel, which brings me here. Any idea what I should avoid saying in my gig or perhaps what I 

 say so that I don't get auto-filtered next time? I dislike having to skirt around like this but I'm fairly certain hypnosis is not against the terms of service unless the pages of people already offering it are all breaking the TOS for years on end without any reprimand.
