Fiver disabled my account temporarily without any clarification and warning i didn't violate their terms.



2 days ago My Fiver account was temporarily disabled i don't know why....I have been using fiver since 2020. I was so close to the 1st level. I struggled so hard and am now really disappointed by Fiver because they are not solving my issue.

Suddenly, I have been receiving a large volume of irrelevant and scam messages at frequent intervals, with new messages arriving every few seconds. These messages are all identical.

Additionally, I have noticed that my profile name and profile picture have disappeared. I emailed customer support but every time they said you violated our community standard. But I have shared all my proofs even said you can check my account i never did these things i know the terms and conditions. Without any clarification how can they do that???

I am very worried about this situation. I don't know what to do. Please help me out is there any solution?
