NOT SPENDING ALL DAILY BUDGET

I noticed that my daily budget was not being spent properly.

I set my daily budget at $30. However, today I was only charged $0.29 all day long!

I promote 3 gigs and my niche is very often searched for.

Can someone explain to me why this is happening?

Your promoted gig will be shown to a number of people based on your performance and how your gigs are performing. The upper limit is there just to be on the safer side so that the cost does not exceed that amount (just in case your performance is really superb and you're getting tons of impressions).
