How to add my new gigs at promoted gigs?

Hi eveybody! I hope you are doing well
I need your help. I became level 1 few days agog. So I can use "promoted gigs". By that time, I had 5 gig and promoted those gig. After 2 ~ 3 days, I created 3 gigs. But I can't promte those gigs. That is, I can't add thoses gig at "promoted gig". How do I do? If anybody knows about this, please help me.

It's possible the gigs ae still pending approval, but it's more likely that they simply don't qualify for promotion.

What does it mean?

Are you level one seller or not. When you will be level one seller then will be able to promote your gigs.
