Urgent Request for Human Agent Assistance - Withdrawal Issue

a_h_dev

Question

Approximately three months ago, my Fiverr account was disabled, and I was informed that after a period of 90 days, I would receive instructions on how to withdraw my available balance. Recently, I received an email indicating that I could proceed with the withdrawal by clicking on a provided link and signing into my account.

Following the instructions provided, I logged into my disabled Fiverr account and attempted to initiate the withdrawal process. However, upon doing so, I encountered an error message stating that my withdrawal methods are blocked due to the account being disabled. It also prompted me to contact customer support for assistance.

i had opened tickets but it will not contact me with a human agent every time it sends a same reply to me. please check these tickets and help me to withdraw this.

If you keep opening/creating new tickets on the same issue then you won't be responded well by Fiverr. So use the primary ticket to contact them. No need to create new tickets.

@ana_tomy or @milos_siena Kindly check OP's case. Thanks

Hi there, if you keep opening new tickets, you'll keep getting the same auto-response, as that's the first response to the issue in question. #11718400 is the ongoing ticket, so please respond through it instead of opening new tickets. CS team will look into this and get back to you. You should also check your withdrawal method in case it was the cause of the restriction in the first place Good luck 🍀

Hi @ana_tomy,

I understand that opening new tickets triggers the same auto-response, and I apologize for that. The reason for my urgency is that the email I received mentioned I need to withdraw my funds within 7 days.

It's been 5 days since I opened ticket #11718400, and I haven't received a reply yet. Could you please ask the CS team to check on this ticket?

There’s no issue with my withdrawal methods; they’re still linked, but the system says they’re disabled and to contact customer support. I'm really worried about the 7-day deadline, and I’m waiting for a resolution.

Thank you for your help.

I followed your advice and waited for a reply to my ticket. Unfortunately, the response I received was a general reply that did not address my specific issue, and it seemed the agent did not even read my ticket properly. I have since sent a reply asking to be assigned to an agent who has the knowledge to handle this issue.

In the meantime, I received an email stating that my account was disabled again and that I need to wait another 90 days to withdraw my funds. This is incredibly frustrating and not what I expected from a reputed company like Fiverr. As a seller who has worked hard on your platform, I feel that my situation is not being handled responsibly.

Please help me withdraw my earnings of $1,000 as mentioned in your initial email. I cannot wait another 90 days, and I need to resolve this issue urgently. Fiverr's reputation is built on trust and reliability, and it is crucial to uphold these values by honoring the commitments made to your sellers.

Can you please connect me with someone who has the expertise and responsibility to help me withdraw my earnings? Your prompt assistance in this matter is highly appreciated.

Thank you for your understanding and support. @ana_tomy
