No option for communication through Video Call

Hello,

I have a question regarding communication with clients via Fiverr video calls. I do not have the option to offer video calls to prospective clients, meaning I cannot have a video call with someone interested in placing an order. I understand that this feature is available after an order is placed, but I am wondering if it is prohibited to have a video call outside of the Fiverr platform. I need to speak with potential clients to clarify all their requirements.

Hi @iomidev, please read our Terms of Service, as you'll find that any communication outside Fiverr is a violation and will only lead to a restricted/blocked account. Good luck 🍀
