Received order and payment notification from email

Hi, I am Syuen and I am new to Fiverr. I received my first order notification from fiverr bot in my email but when I checked my account there is no order at all. I clicked the link provided by fiverr bot and it leaded me to payment page, it stuck at payment process for 30 minutes plus. I had closed and opened the link for few times and I found out 0.01 USD is deducted from my balance by FIverr😭

Want to ask every freelancer who is experienced about this issue is it a scam? How to solve this problem if the buyer really paid me?

I got the same message, but not from a bot. The message read that I have an order buy have to verify with my card. I added my details and all but because I had no money in the card. It was not charged.

Today again, someone else messaged me as Fiverr support with almost same information. It was only then I realized all of a sudden that this may be a SCAM. 

I checked the URLs of the so called verification site and it didn't look like what Fiverr would own. One of the sites domain name is confirmation-offfer.com

These guys just cloned fiverr on that website just so you wouldn't suspect easily that you're no longer on Fiverr when you've been redirected.

Every time check the URL first - as you can see this URL isn't valid (the URL that you see here doesn't belong to fiverr) 🤔

Even i got this scam with out checking anything i have entered card details now I am scared can you please help me in this
