My Level two account is temporary disable

Hey All, 

I am video editing freelancer, Last day I have submitted my Identity with original documents and suddenly in a second, my account got temporarily disable, i have generated the ticket but haven't found a back reply from the costumer support. I don't know what to do, please drop your opinions
