Creating New Gig after deleting old ones.

Yesterday, I deleted two of my old gigs as I wanted to created a new one in other category. But Fiverr is not allowing me to do so. It says max limit of gig on my account has reached. However, I have got only 3 active gigs right now (and zero gigs in the paused section), and as a new seller I should be able to create a new gig. I don't know what to do. Please help
