Does Cancellation of order harmful on account or obstacle for getting order?

Hi everyone, I recently had an order canceled because my buyer removed my worksheet and started lying about the work. I reached out to the dispute center, but they refunded the full amount to the buyer. I'm worried about how this might affect my account. Could this impact my reviews, rankings, or ability to get future orders? Has anyone experienced something similar, and how did you handle it?

Cancellations are not good. We should try to avoid them as much as possible.
