How to get client access for Facebook ads?

Hi, I am new to Fiverr. How can I get access to the client's Facebook Business account as it needs to send my email to the client as he adds it to his Business account to give me access. But as per Fiverr rules, we cannot send any email to the client in Fiverr's messaging system. Please someone guide me.
