My account was disabled

Hi, Fiverr Forum, (@ana_tomy & @Lena)

I have been facing the same issue, My account was disabled, and it has been 90 days since then. This week, I received an email from Fiverr containing a link to withdraw my funds. However when i open the link, it requires a payment method to be added their but when i hover over the payment method it gives an error "The withdrawal option was disabled. Please contact our customer support". I had tried contacting the support but every time some new guy comes just to tell me that he/she need to seek guidance from the appropriate department regarding my inquiry. 

It's been 3-days and still no solution. I really need this issue to get resolved.
