My name is Hijab Zehra, and I am writing to you as a longstanding freelancer on your platform. For the past four years, I have dedicated myself to providing high-quality services to clients and building a reputable profile on Fiverr.

Recently, I encountered a distressing situation wherein my account was flagged without any clear explanation provided by your team. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out to your support team for clarification, I have been met with silence regarding the reasons behind this action. As someone who relies on Fiverr for livelihood, this lack of transparency is deeply concerning and has left me in a state of uncertainty about the future of my freelance career.

Additionally, I wish to bring to your attention a specific incident that highlights what I perceive to be a significant flaw in Fiverr's system. I recently completed a website development project for a client who expressed satisfaction with my work and duly accepted the delivery. However, to my dismay, the same client later initiated a cancellation of a subsequent order and claimed a cashback for the initial project. Despite having fulfilled my end of the agreement and delivered the work as per the client's requirements, I found myself unfairly penalized as Fiverr opted to refund the client without due consideration for my efforts.

This experience has left me feeling disillusioned and frustrated with the platform's policies, which appear to favor buyers at the expense of diligent sellers like myself. It is disheartening to see that despite my commitment to upholding the integrity of Fiverr's services, I am left vulnerable to potential exploitation and unjust treatment.

Furthermore, upon further investigation, I have noticed a trend of similar grievances raised by other sellers on various review platforms such as Trustpilot and the Google Play Store. It is evident that I am not the only one who has been affected by these issues, and I implore you to take swift and decisive action to address these concerns.

As a valued member of the Fiverr community, I believe it is imperative for the platform to uphold fairness, transparency, and accountability in all its operations. I urge you to thoroughly review my case and provide me with a clear explanation for the flagging of my account, as well as a resolution to the unjust treatment I have experienced.
