Publish Gig is grayed out

I just joined the Fiverr community, and was working to publish my first gig.  I made it all the way through the process, including filling out the W-9, however, now that everything is complete, I can't publish the gig.  Suggestions??

try to activate your Fiverr account all-time, and start your gig marketing.

Have you already verified your Fiverr account?
