Promoted Gigs Not Showing After Becoming Lvl 1 Seller

I have been just promoted to lvl 1 seller (2 hours ago).

I can't see promoted gigs tab.

It supposed to be in "Growth & Marketing" but It is not showing up.

Did you have this option available immediately after reaching level 1 seller, or did you have to wait some time? If so, how much?

Yes it is available for me

It happened to me the last time. It takes a maximum of 3 months to recover the account as it was.

I waited two days and then received a notification that I could use the promotion gig
