A buyer cancelled his orders and posted a review, i have a button left on my dashboard to rate the buyer, but when i click on the button, there is no place to add a review for the order.



I think there is a bug somewhere…



My Questions: Can a buyer post a review on a cancelled order?



How do i remove the rate now button that doesn’t really lead to anywhere?

Contact Customer Service and ask them to fix it, should be the first reaction.



Edit: If a buyer cancels and you didn’t respond, the system will automatically leave bad feedback. If you cancelled mutually there should be no feedback. If customer service cancelled it the buyer was blocked, it might explain why you cannot leave feedback on them…

Reply to @yourgotova: I had a person not deliver the requested info; the timer did not run. When he did put the information in, a day later, the timer started at the Gig’s starting timer (5 days for a 5 day Gig). So if he’d cancel, it’d not be inside the late period.
