Definitely it's a scam.

Your dashboard will show if you have current orders. If there are none there then there are none.

Fiverr's order numbers aren't all numeric - they're a mix of letters and numbers.

Keep all transactions and messaging on Fiverr. And don't scan any QR codes that are sent in the inbox.

You can report the message/buyer.

Hi! I would like to second everything that @uk1000 said, and also add that a common way to spot whether an email is fake or true is by looking at the email address. The screenshot shows that it was not sent from a Fiverr domain, indicating that this is likely a phishing attempt. 

Since this was sent to your inbox, I recommend reporting it as spam, deleting it right away, and refraining from clicking any links.
