You cannot add Elevate on Fiverr as a Payment method. Only 2 methods are allowed on Fiverr which are PayPal and Payoneer (Bank Transfer and Revenue Card).

Well, you can but not directly! First, sign up for both Elevatepay & Payoneer. Then complete the profile on Elevatepay to get the US bank account details. Then add that detail to your Fiverr bank account. You'll find a few videos on YouTube too.
