Fiverr has no respect with their customer.

Hey Fiverr community,

I'm writing this with a heavy heart to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the platform.

A month ago, I woke up to a message from Fiverr saying my account had been flagged for allegedly working outside the platform. This was a complete shock to me, as I always refuse such requests to avoid being scammed. After a month of desperately communicating with Fiverr support, all I received were cold, automated messages stating my account was under review and that I needed to wait 60 days. When I sent another email, they finally responded, but with the heartbreaking news that my account had been suspended.

But that's not all. I had four active orders, and for one of them, I had already delivered the project and the payment was just three days away from clearing. The buyer requested the source code files, but with Fiverr cutting off my access to my account, I couldn't communicate with the buyer directly. The buyer then went to support, and they canceled the entire order we had worked on for three long months, giving all the money back to the buyer. Where is the fairness in that? Who can I turn to for help when all I receive are the same repetitive, automated responses from the AI tool?

Can anyone help?

I love Fiverr, it makes me money and helps me reach potential clients all over the world. However, this love continues until I need to contact the support team. Then I deal with useless support staff who have no knowledge of policies and are good for nothing but automated responses. I've experienced this many times and it's really annoying.

In your case, if you really think this is an unfair sanction, push the limits. Because sometimes really ridiculous decisions are made and they force you to accept them.

How can I push the Limit ? I came here as the last resort , there is no place else I can till people about my case.

I can't reach any one, the only responce I get is the same you are seeing in my initial question ( the automated responce ) , is there any other channel I can reach them?

as I was saying it is looks like a closed loop , there is no scape or justice.

I am having the same problem with customer service but I am a buyer!  I was logged in 6 days ago.  I suddenly get an email as if I had requested to change my password, but I had not. I checked that the link had come from Fiverr and it had. I had 12 of them in a row.   I couldn’t login so I did have to request another link be sent to me and change my password. Then I was able to login. I contacted Fivver customer support and Niall responded saying that Fivver did not initiate that and asked if I would send him screenshots, so I did.  
 

He has never responded to anything since I sent the screenshots. Three days went by and I was then saw on my screen that my account was temporarily suspended. So I opened a new service order explaining the situation and received the canned response that you did above. I have since tried to open for more service orders because they keep marking the service order as complete after they send that message and all I get, is that same message which I don’t think is coming from human being.

I believe someone attempted to hack my account a but I don’t see any orders or communication that isn’t mine.  But they will not respond to me.  I was in the process of working with another seller - it’s an ongoing project and I was about to send her the next order and I’ve been cut off. So I have no way to get in touch with her and tell her what happened.

I am so frustrated that there is no support from Fivver.
